Graphite magnetic separator description
The electromagnetic dry powder separator is a newly developed machine. The magnetic system is characterized by large angle and multi pole, and the absolute value of the flux density in the separation area is uniform. It can design the different magnetic field strength as the raw material. The dry powder separator does not need the gravity and resistance of the raw material. When the non magnetic mineral is separated from the magnetic field, it can be very good. Leave the magnetic cylinder. Using mechanical vibration equipment, it can not only improve the efficiency of magnetic separation, but also make it easier to discharge iron.
Application of dry powder magnetic separator
The electromagnetic dry powder separators are applied to fine mineral particles, hematite, martensitic, limonite, siderite, chromite, Polianite and other magnetic subferrous mineral particles; and fine nonferrous mineral particles, such as wolframite; fine rare earth mineral particles, such as gemstones; and fine nonmetallic mineral particles, as long as long. Stone, quartz, kaolin
Dry powder magnetic separator operation
The dry powder is removed from the hopper and the separator is magnetized and vibrator is operated. After a period of time, the material is stopped, the magnetic device is cut off, another vibrator is operated (two vibrators are kept running), and the material funnel is pushed into the iron chip discharge port, and then the magnetic material adsorbed on the magnetic medium depends on the vibration power.
