what is magnetic bead separation?

1) Weak magnetic field magnetic separator: The magnetic field strength of the magnetic pole surface is H0=72200kA/m, and the magnetic field force HgradH=(2.65)×109A^^2/m^3. Used to select strong magnetic minerals such as magnetite (Fe3O4).

 2) Medium magnetic field magnetic separator: The magnetic field strength of the magnetic pole surface is H0=160480 kA/m, which is used for sorting localized oxidized ferromagnetic minerals. Used for the sweeping of ferromagnetic minerals, that is, the recovery of minerals lost in tailings.

3) Strong magnetic field magnetic separator: The magnetic field strength of the magnetic pole surface is H0=480~1600kA/m, and the magnetic field force HgradH=(128576)×109A^2/m^3. It is used to select weak magnetic minerals. Such as hematite (Fe2O3). Old unit: 80kA/M=1000 Oe (Oster). There is also a T (Tesla) unit, 1T = 1000mT (mite), 1mT = 10 Oe. The magnetic separators for magnetite are usually 1000~1600 Oe. Rough selection, high sweep selection, low selection, and even as low as 800 Oe.
