Product Features
The magnetic bar of iron bar box adopts the superior lanthanon permanent magnet or neodymium iron boron as the magnetic source, and the power consumption may be saved, compared with the electromagnetic iron remover. The superior magnetism of magnetic bar may be used to pick out the fine iron impurity, so as to protect the next sorting operation equipment and enhance the purity of the materials. It has the much stronger magnetic intensity, while the magnetic field intensity on the surface of magnetic bar with the diameter of 25mm may reach more than 12,000Gs. It may dump the iron in a convenient and fast manner, while the air cylinder will pull the magnetic bar layer by layer and the magnetic substances stuck to the magnetic bar will automatically fall down. It takes the continuous working system, while it may continue to work, and it is unnecessary to stop feeding when the magnetic bar is drawn out piece by piece to dump the iron. Both ends of the magnetic bar may be manufactured into the threaded hole, screw hole, lifting ring, cone-shaped pivot-end and etc., as per the requirements, so as to facilitate the installation and fixing.
Operation process
The mineral particles will be fed through the feeding opening of the magnetic bar box. After passing through the permanent magnetic bar in the magnetic bar box, the magnetic substances contained in the mineral particles will be stuck to the magnetic bar under the magnetic action, and the non-magnetic substances will pass through the magnetic bar and be dumped out through the dumping opening. Meanwhile, the air cylinder will pull the magnetic bar layer by layer and the magnetic substances stuck to the magnetic bar will automatically be separated, fall down and be dumped out through the iron removal opening.
Scope of application
It is applied to the purification and impurity removal of silicate, feldspar, quartz, Kaolin and other non-metallic ores.
