NdFeB magnetic material, as the latest development of rare-earth permanent magnet materials, is known as "magnetic king" due to its excellent magnetic properties. NdFeB magnetic material is neodymium, iron oxide and other alloys, also known as magnetic steel. English name is NdFeB. NdFeB materials contain a large amount of neodymium and iron, which are easy to rust. So NdFeB magnets must be treated with surface coating. Surface chemical passivation is a good solution at present. NdFeB has high magnetic energy product and coercive force. At the same time, the advantages of high energy density make NdFeB permanent magnetic materials widely used in modern industry and electronic technology, which make it possible to miniaturization, light quantification and thin magnetization of instruments, electroacoustic motors and magnetic magnetic separation and magnetization. The advantages of NdFeB are high performance price ratio and good mechanical properties. The deficiency lies in the low temperature point of Curie, poor temperature characteristics and easy to powder corrosion. It is necessary to improve the chemical composition and surface treatment to achieve the requirement of practical application.
