PTMS Magnetic Separator Series,Oil cooled series of electromagnetic slurry automatic magnetic separator is my factory combined with non-metallic ore market requirements, comprehensive domestic and foreign large magnetic separation equipment advantages, the company's research and development personnel recently developed and launched a large output, low energy consumption in addition to iron equipment. After practical application, it plays an obvious separation effect on weak magnetic non-metallic minerals such as mica, iron oxide, titanium, etc., which are difficult to be sorted, making the quality of the processed minerals greatly improved, increasing the added value of the minerals, and getting the approval and recognition of the majority of customers.
Operation process
It is required to connect the power supply unit, open the slurry inlet valve and slurry outlet valve, close the back-slurry valve and iron dumping valve, and open the magnetizer. When all the slurries pass through the slurry iron remover, it is required to close the inlet valve and slurry outlet valve, open the back-slurry valve, and drain the remaining slurries in the iron remover via the back-slurry valve. Then, it is required to disconnect the magnetic field, close the back-slurry valve, and open the iron dumping valve, so as to dump the magnetic substances stuck to the magnetic medium. This is great feature of PTMS Magnetic Separator Series.
