Through the dressing test of a potassium feldspite mine, the process scheme of using iron ball medium grinding and settling sludge is determined. In order to realize the high value utilization of low quality feldspar resources, the selectability test of ore properties of a potassium feldspar ore was carried out, and the beneficiation process of "high gradient strong magnetic-graded mud-removal-reverse flotation and iron-quartz separation" was determined. The test results show that the process can bring potassium sodium concentrate to 13.7%, Fe2O3 content to 0.12%, and obtain quartz concentrate with SiO 2 content of 99.26% and Fe2O3 content of 0.08%.
